Hi. My name is Mary Biederstadt and this is my first time posting here.

I've had tinnitus for most of my 57 years, and recently have found relief. I do a stretch that seems to have opened up the drainage in my ears, throat, eyes, etc... My question is, am I allowed to post a link to my blog? It has the instructions to the stretch, and others. It's a blog about the muscles of the human body (mostly the psoas and piriformis, so far), and how they can mess you up. I don't sell anything, I'm just trying to help others, and maybe myself, too.
