But i find China's new vow to lower climate change just too vauge

link [news.bbc.co.uk]

For one there's no figures and the idea of a 'notible margin' seems not nearly good enough. Also they've promised to reduce climate change in a similar fashion many times before and we've never seen any sign of it.

I know that as a nation that's developing so fast its understandable that they don't want to reduce, they want to continue to grow but the fact of the matter is that if you want to develope then you have to keep up with the demands of the world. They now have a responsibility

It is, but at least it is a step forward, would love the rest like India, Russia, and the United States to follow suit

Sometimes people should be careful about what they with for.

Energy sources, which don't produce carbon dioxide, will soon compete favorably with traditional fossil fuels. Even some sources, which do produce carbon dioxide, only produce carbon dioxide which has been recently sucked from the atmosphere, so even future sources of natural gas and gasoline will not increase the carbon in the atmosphere.

I wish I could live long enough to see the tree huggers complain about the lack of human produced carbon in the atmosphere. It's going to be a total hoot.

No nation lies more,or has been as reticent to accept the nature of global warming than the USA. So if China lies a little they are in excelent company!
