Yoga is not only an excellent healing and stretching work out, but it also strengthens one's physical and spiritual being. A guy practicing yoga is showing that he is concerned of his body and soul and has enough determination to do it in public. In addition, it's enjoying when a cute straight guy practices yoga! -it's a great chance to meet people!! What do you think?

No it isn't weird, why do you always consider it a "Girl's thing" to do?

Yoga was invented by monks for meditation, if anything is weird, it's that it's been taken over by women

Actually, a present day monk not so long ago, possibly in a fit of pique, warned that it's a male only thing, and that women practicing yoga were likely to grow beards

I try not to think of things as men only or women only.
I think it's great when people decide to take part in a healthier lifestyle.

What's wierd about it? I do yoga after football practice to help stretch out and it helps make me less likely to sustain an injury later.

At least 1/3 of the celebrity instructors out there are men. Dunno... perhaps it's like a 'men don't cook, they become chefs' thing.
