why do people buy into the hype, thinking they are privy to the "knowledge" that 9/11 didnt happen and holocaust didnt happen. tell that to the survivors of both. Lord, why are there so many stupid people?

Stupid people are here to entertain us and to provoke us into thinking. Without them life would have few challenges and frankly would probably be quite boring.

You're probably misunderstanding what you've heard. Some people aren't saying these events didn't happen. They're searching for more details that could possibly change the way the event has been viewed. This works on a lead or a hunch, and in events that affect masses of people there are plenty.

A fact can be interrupted to back up an opinion.

While I'm not supporting evry conspiracy loon out there, you have to stop to consider the fact that not everything you hear and read in the news is true, to think that you have to be pretty f***ing stupid.

If You're right there is no need to shout, if you're wrong then there is little point in shouting.

The ignorant will always have a conspiracy to work on. But in many ways, questioning "facts" is okay and is a necessity.

^ That in IMO is an excellent post, lets face it, propaganda was what got us into a was with Iraq.

For me it comes down to a right to have an opinion, you have yours they have theirs which both sides are entitled to, free speech in a free society. You may ar may not always agree with what they say but none the less, they are perfectly entitled to say it.

Yeah, but if you only go so far as to question the facts and not the next step then you're right where you began. The fact that white collar criminals walk is despicable. Especially considering they are responsible for genocide. Whether it be a boardroom decision in Manhattan or the Pentagon, these corporations are responsible for mass murder and slavery.

It's not good to be consumed with conspiracies. However, it is good to be rational and apply yourself to something you have an interest in. If you feel motivated to make a change, then do so.

You might but some will call it a fact. Call it data, call it reason. Interpretation.

I agree to an extent, 7th dimension. I don't see the corporations as guilty of mass murder and slavery however. To the extent that some supply the munitions, I see gray area. Someone has to.

But I do concur that rational thought is vital in all matters. Too many people remain ignorant and are exceptionally lazy when it comes to ascertaining the facts.

I've come to realize that enslavement does not have to be apparent. Meaning, one can be enslaved in a variety of ways. Quality of life is the purpose of life. Happiness is quality. These corporations, governments, politics, etc etc. just put a damper on all that (to put it simply). In my realm of reason, I'd prefer to change my lifestyle and dependencies than take some Prozac.
