First of all I didn't name names. Second of all they are blocked. And third of all isn't this a free press?

First of all, I don't care it's still childish and annoying. Second of all good, and third of all no this isn't free press, this is a private forum. If you desire "free press" then you have to start your own.

It would seem that the rumor is no longer a rumor, it's fact. Thanks for dissolving the rumor.

Very true! Employee morale and excellent customer service is critical in times like these. Remember, it's the strong companies, managed by effective leaders and great teams of people that survive tough recessions like this.

I couldn't agree with you more here! Without this at a time like now things won't work out too well! You need to look after the customers you do have in these hard times and they will appreciate it later on and remain loyal!

Charles, I am with you all the way. Businesses should be scrambling to get customers by providing outstanding services. I know. I'm like you. There are still enough businesses out there that I can pick and choose without concern. I work with 3 awesome companies that provide a very high level of customer service, and the support teams are phenomenal as well. The cost is low, the product necessary, and all levels of support are incredibly wonderful, in my opinion. Their stocks are rising, they keep current with American needs, and they are ranked very high in investment magazines for customer satisfaction, return on investment, and quality product. Unfortunately, TFS has a prohibition about my giving out information on this forum so I am very limited in what I can say, but I am with you. Let the companies indulge the consumers. Those who don't please customers will lose customers, and since customers are the backbone of the company, a loss of even one spells trouble.

You don't have freedom of speech on TFS. It's a privately run site with a list of things you can't say.

And clearly you're talking about someone in particular since you know who it is and you say you have him/her blocked. So does it matter if you say the name or not? Does it really make a difference whether I say "Jimbo is a stupid jackass" or "that poster in the last thread I was arguing with is a stupid jackass."

I realize this is an international post with all sorts of rules. However, I don't believe that anyone's right to speak respectfully should be infringed. I believe the rules exist to insure respect and not start online riots. I agree that there is no difference between calling a name or a description, but it is the "stupid jackass" part I object to. As far as I'm concerned the world's biggest "stupid jackass" has as much right to voice his or her opinion and be respected as I do. Let's not get nasty, please. I've left too many forums because someone spoils the fun for everyone.
