Slow stretching yoga type exercise works for me. Dancing gets rid of the stress, too.

When I'm REALLY stressed. The only thing that works for me is taking my headphones with my fav CD and going for a long walk. Does wonders!

yes it is a stress reliever, however, exercise does cause stress on your muscles, joints and cells, therefore its important that you replenish your electrolytes after a workout along with supplementing or eating food high in antioxidants, as exercise creates free-radical that distroy healthy cells.

Yeah I relax when i exercise. Or any time I get angry or sad i exercise to get rid of the tension.

But you know what works more than just exercising, turning the radio up REAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLY loud, and when no one's home, dancing like a maniac.

Hehe, not what you were thinking was it.

But I do that, but I always get embarrassed when someone comes home and I don't hear them cause the music is so loud and they catch me dancing and signing my lungs out on a pretend spatula microphone.

ya me too whenever i would get stressed out over something that has happened to me i would go to the gym and workout on the treadmill and by time i left there i would feel alot better
