It's not strictly a matter of hating one race in relation to another. It's about the reasons you hate.
If I hate someone because they are black that is racist. My opinon of the rest of the world is irrelevant to this case.

iv been called racist becouse i tell black jokes, asian jokes, white jokes and just there all offencive. i use the n word (but with a A not ER im no monster ) but im repsected and i have many black friends its only white kids who think im racist
