I am new to this site and I have been searching for months now on how to advertise my home based business without breaking the bank. I have tried several sites were you can post your information on forums; however, there are a lot of stipulations and I have not found any that have been succesful.

Uhh, Get a website, put some google ads on it, and then advertise with google.
