wats the best stuff to use! right now am using clersal but it dosent seem to be working to well

Use Ivory soap. I swear out of cleansing product that I have bought, it works the best. Plain old ivory. It can be a little drying, but it works so well if you have a break out.

I like Ivory Soap, too. I liked the Clean & Clear brand of acne cream. These days I would search on the Internet for acne remedies.

What soap do you mean? Ivory? Just go in any grocery or drug store and look in the hand soap aisle. It's a plain bar of soap in white paper marked "Ivory". A very old brand of regular soap.
