1st The resume, how to get the decision maker to read it over the multitude sitting in a stack.

2nd Everything counts in the interview from walking in the door, the handshake and leaving for the exit. It is like being a target in an arcade shooting gallery.

3rd The followup what can kill the job that you almost had, something that work and things that don't.

I have hired a lot of people during my career as a video producer and it is amazing the things that worked span all the people I hired. But it would take a thin paperback to explore all of them. Anyway, it is interesting to realize things like this, especially with the job market as it currently is in America today.
