Whenever you get ill from eating something bad making you vomit your food, here's good way to "settle" down your stomach. The cure is to eat bland, sugar-free, simple foods. What I use is white rice. Boil the rice but use plenty of water (just like making soup). Don't cook it like you normally would expect to eat regular rice. Just make sure it's really watered down. Add salt and lightly crushed garlic as it's cooked. The warm, soothing and natural curing elements in the garlic and salt will make you feel much better. The fluids will also replenish your dehydration (if any). Good luck and God Bless.
