I'm listening to this guy for the first time and I can barely understand what he's saying. He talks kind of like a retard with a bad accent. How did this guy get on the radio?

How the...? Ohhhh I guess it's the 'in thing' to put unintelligable folk on radio... Imagine if there was a flood warning and he had to announce it?....Guh!
