Strawberry Butter

Ingredients

1 cup Unsalted Butter (at room temperature)
¾ cup finely chopped strawberries (wash and pat dry prior to chopping)
3 Tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

Beat all ingredients with an electric mixer at high speed until smooth. Delicious on toast, bagels, muffins, pancakes & waffles.
