What local rap/hip-hop artist can you not believe isn't nationally known?

For St Louis, well East St Louis (east alton illinois) it has to be Raw Reese. I can't post links yet but if you google "Raw Reese eyes get low" and listen to that track. His other good track is In My City. He was signed by Rap-A-Lot and was on some volume of Street Credit but not sure what happened, last I heard he was unsigned and I've seen him at a couple clubs since.
