I find it to be quite easy to be on here a good 2 hours at least, every time I log in, just from reading posts in several categories here. I've only recently begun to post replies more than before, but haven't started any new threads.
Anytime I can offer any help, I try to. Time flies when you're having fun, eh?

I'm pretty much always logged on when my laptop is on, I tend to check it every hour or so to nosey what people are saying and tend to have posting session where I post alot of replies then leave it a while to read the responses when I check on it again.

I don't really have a set amount of time I'm here, it differs all the time

I log on here for about an hour or two depending on what I am doing. It may be only a couple of days a week but it's useful.

I find that time flies when you are on here so if you have a set amount of time you should make the most of it.

generally, when i don't have any chores or anything to do i spend about five hours, spread around throughout the day. if i had my say, i'd be on every waking moment.

Two to three hours and on Sundays i do not visit to forums

Probably around 2 hours at least but still I am signed in almost 24/7

Sometimes i spend way too much time in forums especially if they are active with content i like reading and posting to. It's a personal choice really about time and forums.
