OK basically I'm doing some grammar practice on the perfect tense, I have sentences and I have to put them into the perfect tense.

That's fine but I can't figure out this one verb - The sentence is "Le lendemain, nous poursuivons notre route."

What the hell is that verb? Does anyone know what it means?

As usual, all help is appreciated.
