Ok, Now I'm depressed. Mine sucks.
Well I was doing really well, but in the last few months, it's not grown at all.

I just had a meeting with the "bank lady" yesterday.
I switched my retirement savings into GIC's so I will never loose money.

At least that is what she told me.

Ahh but you may not make any money either. Some of those investments are no better than hiding it under your bed.

I will make some money on them. I just decided to play it safe rather then have any risk factors any more. I never took it well when I would see the investment numbers fluctuate anyway. Now with all the financial crisis and what not, I would have rathered having a hiding spot under my bed anyway.

Just try to remember it's about holding on.
My husband shakes his head, and screams at the computer everytime he looks at what's going on. Don't get an ulcer, that would be worse.

The last few years I'd started to get a bit worried that I've not really got much tucked away in terms of a pension, but with this recent crash, and hearing friends woes about their investments I don't feel so bad anymore. Every cloud, silver lining, etc *shrug*
