I had an eczema patch on my arm for about 5 years, and it's been gone for about a year now after I treated it with epsom salt and jojoba oil. What I did was first very gently exfoliated the area. Then I mixed a pinch of epsom salt with a few drops of water in my hand until the epsom salt was dissolved completely, and then spread it on the area with a fingertip. I rubbed it in until the water was all evaporated and there was a very fine white powder left. This only takes a few seconds. Then I took a couple drops of jojoba oil and patted it onto the white powder. This holds the epsom salt there, and also makes it invisible, and rub that in until the powder and the oil are mixed and evenly spread. I did this every other day and after 1 week it was 50% gone, 2 weeks 75% gone and at 3 weeks, it was 95% gone. I then did the treatment about once a month after that for maintenance. It's been about 6 months since I've had to do it though, and it's not back. I've had a couple times when it flared up mildly, and I treated it and it went away within a few days.

Bee Propolis is a marvellous for Eczema. I used it for my sons eczema. The health visitor told me not to buy creams from my sponsor before I started a health and nutritional business... I would do anything to get rid of it from my baby boy. I used this creme... to both the health visitor and my surprise it went away really quickly and it has never come back.
I now work for the company and sell the propolis creme... if you would like to try it for yourself you will be surprised. If it does not work there is a full no quibble money back guarantee up to 60 days

If I start to have a flare up again, I just do the treatment and it's gone again within a few days. Really simple to take care of.

I suffered really bad as a teen with it its gone now though it was on all my creases (backs of my legs and elbows). I used wheatgerm oil on mine that i got in the health shop. It also flaired up a few months ago on my 5 year old and my grandad gave me pile cream (unopened, i no it sounds gross) but it did the trick it was brilliant its also great for wrinkles!!!! Forget what its called but if ur interested ill find out also it has a bit of anesthetic in it to take away ichyness and pain !!

Kat's (my daughter) has had a really nasty flare up on her face, she normally gets it when she's stressed or is starting an illness.

We've tried prescription creams and a few other things but nothing helps.

I now have to do patch test before anything goes on her face as nearly everything suitable for sensitive skin burns her.

Anyone got any ideas or things they've used thats helped?

what type of eczema is it? the best remedy is a bath in natural salt water in the tropics.

She normally gets a flare up when she starts a cold, it normally starts as a tiny patch under her eyes then just grows from there, its dry, scaly and very hot to touch.

When its bad like this I tend not to put anything on it as everything burns and causes more problems.

I have noticed she gets a flare up if she gets stressed.

Dead Sea salts work for every kind of skin problem. They're inexpensive and can also be found as soap bars. If using grains of salt always completely dissolve them in water before applying to skin. Also be sure to read the ingredients list. Salts not from the Dead Sea might not work as well, or might not work at all.

ivory soap, decongestant allergy meds, and baby detergent..

I have serious sensitive skin, and if I'm stressed or worried or the weather changes, or anything, I can get anything from hives to just really itchy skin.

I'm on allergy meds as well.. for somereason the decongestent sllergy meds work the best on me. I use ivory soap for bathing..perfumes, detergent, all that stuff can really make me itch like crazy so I've also switched to baby detergents, they are lot less irritating on the skin.
