This will work....

Loads of fluids, water non sugar liquids, and avoid any carbs.

If exercise is too much, then just take stairs rather than lift and walk rather than car.

try some types of tea too as it can counteract 75 cals per three cups.

don't take pills.
like, for real, i'm serious.
unless you want to have a heart attack.

they may work quick, but most are just some form of speed.
especially if you are on medications.
that's one of the quickest ways to kill yourself.

it's not worth it.
you would much rather be heavy than dead right?

Walk more, eat smaller portions, eat less carbs, drink more water. Stay away from caffeine and fags, they can sometimes act as a stimulant and not a suppressant.

Try not to mix proteins and carbs. So if you want steak have a large salad with it. If you want pasta go for the vegeterian topping. Our digestive system works better for it apparently.

If you are having problems reducing your portion sizes drink about a pint of water before your meal, thus making you feel fuller quicker.

What you need the most of matey is strength, stamina and courage to see your goal through to the end.

heheheh anorexia doesn't enter into my vocabulary, I cooked a belly pork casserole for dinner.

i dont eat meat, or any sea food. so what should i do there??..

a couple of years ago, i stopped eating, and lost alot of weight. ive tryed to do it again but the pain of it kills me

i eat once or twice a day, and i dont eat much.. i try to avoiding eating alot when my husband is with me, and thats always. he is quite mean when it comes to food. i drink alot of cordial which is like 3/4 water.

ive tryed pills and shakes and to me none of that works. i ran across a street so a car wouldnt hit me and my husband laughed at me for like 20mins, so running in front of him or exercising makes me nervous. i will start exercising soon, i just moved here so im waiting to get a job to be able to pay the membership and weekly amount.

Yea, the pills are never a good idea. I have a couple different over the counter kinds that I have tried and they're all the same. They make you feel like your heart is going to fly out and then they make you a b****. I could never take them when I was living with my ex because then we'd argue over nothing.

That's a huge one. You can feel the difference when you go awhile without soda.

But I forgot to mention you can always pick up some vitamins at the store that have weight loss assistance. They usually just have some green tea stuff in them which'll help your metabolism I believe. Also try drinking green tea if you like it. Not the super sugar filled kind, regular and only a little something. The one I take when I remember is One a day Weight Sharp or something like that.
