Looking for a rare techno song... w/ whistling in it

I'm looking for a dance/techno song (maybe techno, don't completely remember how the entire song goes) that I've heard twice in my life that I can NOT find anywhere (and I usually have zero problem finding songs I hear). Once was in about '03/'04 at a nightclub and the other time was around '05 during a Baker Boys radio set where it was used as a bumper between two songs.

The sample in the song that is so damn catchy is a whistling sequence that sounds like a soft, melodic whistling by a group... almost tribal whistling with a drum beat. The closest I can describe it as is a sound that's similar to a mix between the main whistling sample from Pulsedriver's Whistle Song (not it) and the main sample melody that starts out Floorfilla's Anthem #2... about 35 seconds into the song (and that song's not it either).

Dude, if I could, I definitely would hum/whistle/sing/whatever else the melody until your ears bled if that's what it took...

I realize describing how a song goes in a text string is pretty much as useless as it gets... but that's why I tried to give references in the form of songs with similarities. And if you aren't familiar with either of those songs, just type the artist and title into YouTube.
