I don't get random erections

But on a serious note I've heard of that happening to a lot of men, so I don't think it's anything to really worry about. If you never got one then I think you would have cause to be concerned. JMO

It has happened at times, but usually after a thought or two about someone I saw somewhere. When I was younger in my late teens, it would just happen due to high testosterone....oh those were the days.
