it says it has found my phone and paired them

but i try to connect them i get this

wish i had an idea.

Try it both ways. Get your phone to look for your computer and then, if that doesn't work do it the other way.
I've got the same bluetooth adaptor and had problems too but can't remember how I fixed it.
