i'm new on here so big hello to you all,

i have a quick question and was wondering if anyone can help.
i'm looking to buy some land with a building or two on it (eg derelict house etc) to do up and make my own, but i cant seem to find any sites that sell cheap land with building, does anyone know of any please??

I wouldnt bother looking for a old house and knock it down etc. the headache alone is not worth it. My parents bought a old house, but was told they couldn't knock it down, nor would they be able to get planning permission to build a extension due to the fact it was a heritage thing.. its a nightmare. your best off buying a normal house and do it up..

But i could be wrong and there maybe something in your area.

hi thanks for your reply, i'm not looking to knock anything down, just to do something up, obviously i want there to be the basic layout of the house and i want to be able to renovate it. also would like the land to have stables and rent out stable and land space, a lot to ask i know, but i'm stubborn and determined to follow my dreams!!

see i'm great believer in finding what i want for as cheap as possible.

around my way ( in the countryside) they don't come up very often, but when they do they are normally auctioned so could get a bargain or ripped off!
best way is to go to the estate agents and put your name down then you'll hear about them as soon as they come up.
