Has anyone seen it? It's good! Excellent as a debut, I think. How do you think it compares to past Ghibli efforts, though?

(I think it's not the BEST but not significantly worse, either. That's just my opinion).

Oh, it was a book? Shows how ignorant I am of its origins. But yeah, Sparrowhawk was in it.

The book "Howl's Moving Castle" was kind of... weird. And kind of different than the movie. And was by a Welsh author - so I wonder how Studio Ghibli got hold of it?

I see. Personally though, I wouldn't recommend "Howl's Moving Castle" (as in the book) to anyone. I didn't really like it. And when you watch the film, it looks even worse.
