Have multiple bird feeding stations outside

Carpool every weekday and limit our driving whenever possible.
We have a compost pile and recycle everything we can, so our actual garbage that goes to the landfill is minimal.
We use the energy-saving light bulbs, and conserve energy by turning off anything not in use.
Most of our cleaning products are Earth-friendly and/or homemade.

I sold my car and intend to buy a bike!

Why doesn't anyone care about conserving water anymore. I haven't flushed the toilet since last earth day. But then this morning it was, um, clogged. I also try to wash my clothes as little as my co-workers let me. Save that water.


I abstinated last night. It was incredible!

We do not send anything to the landfills. We live in the country so we burn all of our garbage.
I try to remember to use my canvas bags at store instead of plastic. But if I forget we burn them so no landfill.
We use power saving lightbulbs.
Feed the birds.
Feed woods creatures with our leftovers.
Use solar power for outside decoration lights.
Shower instead of baths and wash clothes and hang out on line, when we can. Not too handy in the winter.
Always turn lights and all electrical things off when not in use. That is all I can think of for now.

When I lived by the ocean I always used to do beach cleanups; since moving away I haven't done anything like that. I would like to do some community service to clean up parks and pick up trash. I use the energy efficient light bulbs and recycle pretty much everything. I would like to pick up around the area and make the environment safer for all the kiddos and animals running around.

We recycle as much as possible; have switched some of our light bulbs to the more energy-efficient; pay bills online and re-use our towels after the shower for at least a week before washing them (you're clean after the shower unless you're a fukktard that doesn't know how to wash properly...).
