I've got an idea rolling around in my head, but I'd need to fill the (cup)cake with something, like pudding, or the cream that you find in french horns. Any ideas how I can do this? I'd like to avoid halving the cake if possible. If I would have to half it, how can I keep it to a minimum, or hide it?

That's the kind of idea I was looking for. If there's a way to do it for a round cake, that'd be awesome, too. I can always just make a bunch of little cone-shaped holes, lol, but I'll play around with the same concept, likely, and try cutting out a very shallow cone.
