I want one And I would like it by the beginning of June.

I only need to lose a stone. Anyone got any great weight loss tips?

Edit: I'm going to Barbados in June

Only a stone? I could never lose a stone I'll be nothing but skin and bone. You don't look like you need to lose anything.

I'm on the same boat as you!
I'm doing it bit by bit.
I've swapped all my drinks to water. No fizzy juice. No coffee. Nothing.
I also swapped all my snacks for Special K bars when I'm out, or a bowl of cereal or a piece of fruit when I'm at home.

Just those small changes have made me lose 3 pounds in a week.
I've also bought Ministry of Sound Pump It Up work out dvds, my friend has them and I thought they were fun. So I'll start using them.

As for tips and stuff, I have none. I'm just gonna do my best to stick at it.

I hate tea as well, but nature's own makes a greet tea extract pill. these are pretty good. I take two with breakfast and two with lunch. I tried at dinner, but they tend to keep me up at night.

Also, trying to cut back on carbs after 3:00pm and amping up on protein is a great way to slim down.

the best way to lose weight is to exercise, buy the ministry of sound exercise dvd's they are great! the past two weeks i have lost 5 pounds! i do the dvd nearly everyday if not every other day but make sure i do the sit ups twice a day, i dont eat anything that can bloat me such as bread, potaotos ect, although i have weetabix and banana in the morning salad with chicken or steak for dinner, and a big fruit smoothie for tea, and for snacks i'll have yet more fruit yoghurt or whats really great is dried mixed fruit really gets my sweet tooth! all sounds harsh but ya gotta do it if you want to loose it and dont give in like i have the past two days but im back on it again!!
