i dont like pills that much

i feel they are a cheap and un-natural shortcut to losing weight

dieting and exercise are the best way to go, although there are a lot of people that use weight loss pills regularly as an aid to their normal diet and exercise

I took Phentermine for awhile, it made me feel uneasy with cotton mouth and other side effects. All it really did was suppress my appetite so I couldn't eat as much as I usually did. It worked but I still had to change my diet and exercise either way.

i'd say better not. i used to use hydroxycut and it worked for a bit but didn't last. i had constant headaches and was moody. you'd be better off losing weight naturally.

aids can be beneficial, but definitely eat better and exercise

you will probably get the best results doing both.

but don't start slacking off of your healthy eating and exercising because you think the pill will make up for it!!

I use to take the diet pill Zantrex 3 religiously for a while and truely thought it was the pill that was making me lose all the weight but when I eventually ran out of pills and I noticed I continued to lose the same amount of weight without the pills so really I think diet pills are just a placibo effect, they just make you "think" they work

it really doesn't matter if your a guy or a female
i would say no to the pills either way do it the old fashion way eat better and excercise your a** off daily
hit that gym it want kill you to work out it can only help you usualyy what i do is eat smaler meals
of course but if you do that you can eat more often to

Never go on pills. Why not try meditation?

Meditation is one of the greatest techniques in taking control of your yourself. While meditating you will learn how to have a strong determined mind.

Meditation is an exercise that alters you from the inside out. Rather than pushing yourself not to consume the brownies in between meals, the very longing to eat it will be gone. Rather arguing with yourself to go out for a walk, working out will become an enjoyable thing to do. If you get into the exercise of meditation, no one will have to twist your arm to get you live a healthy lifestyle, it will become your free will.

So, while you will not lose any pounds during your intervals of meditation, the everyday routine of meditation could be one of the best essential tasks of losing weight and living a long, healthy and satisfying life.

I recommend enzymes. I am taking them now and they work perfectly.
I am loosing inches and skin becomes better and I have friends lost their big bellies. All natural products.

The real answer toward weight loss is a variety of things but some things that you can do first is
-eat 6 small meals a day
-eat whole foods not refined
-exercise min 30-60 3-5 days a week
-drink at least 8 glasses of water
- intake at least 35 grams of fiber
- get good healthy fats in your diet
- get plenty of sleep
and workout on a empty stomach, best is in the morning as you burn fat.

many other things play a factor in weight loss, diet pills sometimes work if it is compatible with your metabolic type, but most times they dont and your just waiting money and most of the time causing more damage, the body is an amazing thing and it can be trainned as long as you are focused,and dedicated
