Isn't really working. I'm taking it on it's own right now instead of with the ibuprofen but even with two it's sore enough to make me stop and say "frick" or just "ffffffffff". But if I take it with the ibuprofen I feel kind of hazy and dizzy. It sucks.

Thanks. I haven't had the op yet, I have to go back in 6 weeks to talk to a doctor but I will keep that in mind.

Aparently the pain won't stop until the gallbladder comes out.

Thanks. I know, my mum had to go home but my gran's coming up to look after me. My main worry is my lab work. If I'm feeling hazy or sore in the labs then I might not be allowed to work in there.

Somebody once told me that Paracetamol is a general painkiller and doesnt target a specific area. Whereas Ibuprofen will head straight to the area of pain, wether it be head, back, foot etc.

I dont know how much truth there is in that

I don't know what the doctors have said, but they gave me something called Litalgin when I had problems with my gallbladder. Might work

I'm on co-dydramol now. It's working waay better than the paracetemol/ibuprofen mix, which was making me feel all confused and hazy and slightly hyper, which is just my personal reaction according to the doctor.

I've got to watch what I take as well because of my asthma. I'm pretty sure that aspirin is off the menu but I'm one of the great majority of asthmatics who're not allergic to ibuprofen.
