any ideas on more cardiovascular workouts and stuff?
as for toning i've tried pilates but that's about it. lol.

Yoga and pilates has got to be the most boring form of excersise.

okk dont take the weight loss too far.
but defenitly do some crunches and sit ups each day to work on your abs. I suggest running-that helps too.
Im on track and stuff so i do a lot of running and crunches and sit ups and stuff. Walk home or whereever when you can. But keep up your fluids-you dont want to dehydrate. And also-after you work out have a good recovery meal so you dont get messed up.
eat healthy too, but dont get obsessive

for losing weight dont go on one of those crash diets or all liquid diet, instead lose it in a healthy way. each day do some excercises such as crunches, situps, jumproping, and jogging in place. also when you can try and walk to places that you can. also do some running like 3 times a week. try and eat healthy too but dont not eat. =] good luck

hi if you are having trouble with your breast you might try wearing a a sports bra also have you been measured and had a proper fitting .there are a lot of women who would love to have big breast ,also prehaps you think they are bigger than they are kinda like anorexis who think they are fat , i imagine your getting a lot of unwanted attention may be and this could be clouding your judgement
surgery is not something a 16 year old should be considering you haven't stopped growing yet,
130lb not heavey its healthy , have you tried swimming it a good all round exercise and your breast will be supported
by the water and of course eat well no one gets fat with out eating to much food ,theres some lyrics in a song i cant think who by or its tittle but the words go dont look at fashion magazines they will only make you think your ugly, i wish you well be happy
