But yeah all the letters that we had from the solicitors used Times New Roman as far as I remember.

I went with Arial Narrow Dont ask me why lol. Just liked the look of it

For some reason all the formal documents I get always look more formal than the ones I do myself lol

Arial is a more aproachable font particularly when use in size 10. However the latest MSOffice package offers Calibri as a default and i have to say I am a fan!
