While working at a Psychaitric facility as an intern, I made friends with their head cook.She introduced me to the ice box cake.I then perfected it.


ingredients:1 box graham crackers
1 jumbo can vanilla pudding
1 box vanilla cake mix
2 16 oz containers cool whip
2 cups pinapples, strawberries, or your
favorite fruit.
2 eggs
1 cup water
Prep:Take cake mix and add 2 eggs & 1 cup water.Now, mix together thoroughly.Bake at 325 until cake is completely done.Let cake stand & cool.
Now, cut the cake vertically so that we now have 2 layers of cake.Place bottom layer back in 9 inch pan.smooth pudding over top of the cake. Now, add a layer of graham cracker.Add another layer of pudding, then the other layer of cake.Now, just one more layer of pudding which should empty out your can.On top of this add another layer of graham crackers.Top with cool whip and favorite fruit.Refrigerate until chilled to your liking.serves 8.
