61/M/Lafayette, Louisiana Join Date: Feb 2008 | Hi,
I am new to this, so please have patience. I have a few vintage cookie jars. I need someone who is knowledgable to tell me if they are truly authentic or not. I have pictures and details about each jar. If you can help me or tell me where to go, I'd sure appreciate it. I have a hull Little Red Riding Hood, a Stella Strawberry and Albert Apple, a Little Bo Peep, a gold tipped Puss N Boots, and a Helen Hutula Tat-L-Tale. I need help, please!!
Thanks,

49/NA/arlington, Ohio Join Date: Feb 2008 | I own a ceramics shop, I have some cookie jars, the molds for them are over 20 yrs old, which makes them what they now consider 'vintage'. Im not so sure I agree with how this thought process works, but even though the casting is new, if its from an old mold, 20 yrs or older, is considered 'vintage'
I also have an Alf cookie jar as well as Mother Goose, they are both considered vintage
Hope that helps some | | |
