Shell out and get professional level internet security. Firewall on your PC-firewall in your router. Get a Vista 64 bit so she can't get into your systems Kernel level. Get deep freeze and an anti-executable. Then again if you get Vista 64 bit anti-virus/ firewalls probably won't be able to run or install.

There are a lot of great firewalls out there. My husband and i have always used norton and never had any problems but i know that some people don't like it.

Also, a person doesn't have to hack your computer in order to hack you, they can hack things like your profile here at the forum site and e bay accounts (that happened to me!!) and my hubby's online gaming account was hacked not so long ago. Depends entirely on the security provided by the network/site etc. If they want to get in they will get around anything but unless she is a super whizz hacker chick i don't imagine she will be able to do a great deal of damage, it takes years to learn how to bypa** stuff like that undetected!!

Hacking in itself is illegal so i don't suppose asking how to do it on a public forum is the smartest thing you've ever done!
