The security to my computer has been breached and I dont know what to do... it only works normally when on safemode and I'm out of ideas...

Reformat, reinstall, and use good security this time (firewall, AVG Free, Spybot, and, most importantly, don't do stupid stuff like download pirated software, open email attachments, or download things from porn sites).
