Don't do it its a scam!! I got ones that say do a survey and win a free gift card. This is what I said to that SCREW YOU!! Then I deleted it!!

Never pay to do this. I tried the get paid to take surveys, but there was no fee intiated and it came out to about $7 for the entire year and an entire email box devoted to spam.

Ye i went through the same thing, but i have found one that is good! The link is in my signature, i have made a good bit of money off it and there are no dodgy sign up fees, its legit send you money because we are getting paid by the companies that you are fillin in things for!

Almost certainly a scam. I wouldn't touch it with a barge poll. There are a few sites that will page you for this without charging up front. It may take a bit of digging on google to find them though.
