I have an Australian accent and i absolutely adore the American accent its so powerful and so sexy. I love it. Wish i could have their accent!

The Aussie accent is amazing, much better than the American accent.

Why? out of interest. I mean for example in this country people hear an Aussie accent and their like "Awesome, this person is Australian. Australia is cool, we all love Australia". American accents induce images of arrogance.

Natural steriotypes we have in this country. Much like Australians liked my Scottish accent, but teased the people with English accents.

Australian is kinda kooky, which is a good thing to be. Similar to the Scots and Irish.

Don't know what it is but i have an absolute admiration for Americans. Everything they do they do it well and they do it big without fear.
I have a 6ft x 6ft American flag hanging in my bedroom.

Just love them, cant get enough of them. They do everything, they have everything, they invent everything, they are the best in my opinon, no one ever can and will be like the USA!

My impression when I was in Australia is that Aussies really didn't like the Americans, even more than we don't like them.

I love Australia, I'm moving back as soon as i've finished my course.

Most of the time i speak a standard estuary, non distict, rather sothern accent. However When I go home to suffolk there is a distinct twang that emerges. Isn't it interesting how our tones change depending where we are and who we are with?
