The problem is, although its brill for people like me and angel who are wanting to buy, all the people that have just bought have a serious risk of going into neg equity. And nobody wants to get into that.

Question is, is everyone entitled to everything?

The scary thing is that if i understand it correctly this problem originated in America, although it would have probably have happened here to, and it has started to screw with our market.

It just shows how much of an influence the Yanks have on us, i personally think its a bad thing and the downside of a global economy.

To answer your question Mark. No not everyone is entitled to everything.

Someone with a bad credit rating and low income should not expect or be given a mortgage, its like giving a fat kid sweets, there only gona get fatter!

If you want something in life you have to work for it, of course the state has a responsibility to house you if you cant afford it but no one is entitled to everything.

The point is amgel is that house prices can only climb so high and then all it will do is hold, but at some point they have got to start falling again.

Nobody knows how long, and if its when you finally get round to buying a house you are f***ed.

You can wait and wait and wait and finally you find a nice house, nice area, within your budget. You buy, and then it falls in value again. ou are up s***s creek with out a paddle.
