I wouldn't mind living in a different time period.

That sound's like a whole lot better place to be. Back when you didn't have to worry, about much of any thing. Like locking the doors at night, keeping all your windows shut up, etc.

I moved here back in June. And yes, there are things to do. It's just like any other landlocked state.

Well, you should be close to Joplin at least, right? Wichita is alright. It's not as bad as I thought it would be. It does have malls, clubs, bars, minor league sports, lakes, and stuff. There are about 300-350,000 people living here.

Yes, about 17 miles from Joplin. Frequent visitor to Joplin
since there is nothing great here in our little town. Oh..guess having a walmart makes us special..lol. All kinds
of fast foods, 2 grocery stores, 3 convenience stores with gas. Guess we are basically a gas and go place.
Wichita is a little to crowded for me now. Got use to this little town with no gang activity and very low crime rate.
two murders since I moved here 18 years ago.

WOHOO!! A fellow Wichitan!

Bad art is more tragically beautiful than good art, because it documents human failure.
