Are you serious?? Do you mean quit smoking cigarettes? Because if you mean anything else then I am not waisting my time. I don't do drugs nor do I tolerate those who do. However, I have been close to people that have smoked cigarettes for years and have tried to quit. I will tell you from their experience that it is not easy. As with any addiction you have to teach the brian all over again to say no and understand why it's bad for you. That is a difficult task. But I suggest you start by determining why you want to quit and set some short term goeals like perhaps, smoking 8 cigaretts per day instead of 10 for example and see how yo cope with that feeling. Occupy your mind with things that are fun for you so that you have less time to ponder about smoking. The less you learn to need it the better it will go. It's a long process but you can get there if you are determined. I personally do not recommend the patches because the best way to get rid of nicotine addiction is to not ingest it at all. So, even though its in less quantities you are still getting it with those patches. Best to break free completely. I hope this helps if only a wee bit.
Good luck
