yeh i use a hot water bottle or very hot bath. it help at lot and so do pain killers hope you feel better

I used to get really bad periods,... then i went on seasoneque... and have been having my period for about a month straight it SUCKS!

I have suffered from really painful menstral cycles most of my life. Even more so now that I have been diagnosed with endometriosis. If your periods are just now getting that painful and you've not had a lot of pain in the past you should probaly see an OBGN because it could be the sign of a more serious medical condition (damn I sound like the warning label on a pill bottle now don't I?)
