Hi im studying at uni and have been given this statement

Anyone know anything about this or have any sources I have to evaluate the statement I cant find anyhing on the internet to validate the statement

if so stop trying to cheat, the turnitin system checks everything online and past peoples work to ensure that no copying has taken place.... lol. hope you get it in on time.
