If you have seen the series called "Firefly" and enjoyed it.You'll love this film.There is rumorst that the cast signed up to do two more films which would be really nice but this one was enough for me.It really did what should have been done long ago when the series was on the air.It finished up the storyline they had begun with.Which was getting the girl away from the Alliance.It was very well done.I love the special effects and makeup jobs they did for the Reavers~shudders~man I don't recall seeing them in the series but they were butt ugly and creepy...Which was AWESOME.Go see this film if you liked the series.

I loved the series and was bloody mad when they cut it short !

The idea of all those worlds at "cowboy" level is something that has not really been given treatment before and yet it is bound to happen when settlers go to new planets and haven't got the resources to go fully hi-tech.

I particularly liked the onboard "companion" as she was awsome and gorgeous ! ( can't remember her name just at the moment ).

I loved that series and I'm dying to see the movie but I can't find a theater that's showing it with closed captioning.

I loved the film. Never saw the series, but the film rocked!
