No wait, it was my second. But I don't remember who I gave a Kudos to last. There's needs to be a tracker of who you've given Kudos TO. I mean, how can you make a rule that says no more than 3 kudos to the same person, and then not give you a way to track who you've given kudos to?

It was actually if they 1 or more of the last 3 kudos you gave. So, just spread around the love some more!!

But I just changed it anyway. Now, you can't give kudos to your top 2 kudos receivers. The error should come up less often this way.

you can give an unlimited amount to each person as long as you kudo others too. Does this make sense?

So:
peep a -give kudo

Peep b -give -kudo

Peep A -denied
give to random person c instead

Peep A -denied
give to Peep D instead

Peep A -allowed

As far as I know, you can't track who you gave to, or who your last three were other than trial and error.

Kudos receivers? You mean the person who has given you the most Kudos, or the person you've given the most kudos to? (probably the second, but I just like to make sure, lol)

The person you've given the most to. A list now shows up on your 'my kudos' page.

And what if you just happen to jive well with what one particular person says more often than others? You can't give them kudos? I don't tend to give kudos based on who posted, but based on what was said in the post, and often I don't even notice or remember who made the post, just that I liked what they said. So I think there would be a tendency to give certain people kudos more often than others because we have similar mindsets. Not because I'm trying to, it just happens that way.

Yes, I agree with this.
I'm not too fond of this new system at all.

Well, you're allowed to do that. Look, if there's only 2 people you ever want to give kudos to, then maybe you have a problem. BUt for the 99% of people who probably give kudos to more than 2 people, I really don't see this as a big deal.

Sure, if it wasn't this way you'd be whining that someone could just easily create 10 fake accounts and inflate their own reputation.

It's not that big a deal, it just makes things a lot more troublesome.

It's been all of 10 minutes. How do you know how it will affect you?

No, I wouldn't actually.
I never really cared at all about reputation, nor thought of it in fact as a 'reputation'...
I just enjoyed the freedom of giving kudos to who "I felt" deserved them.

Which you can still do. But if only 2 people deserve them, you've got a problem.

Sure, it's not a "big deal", it's just kind of annoying. Like right now, i can see I've given one person twice as many kudos as the next highest person (You're in my top two btw lol). I mean I understand the point, say two people just kudoing each other over and over to improve their reps, but it just bugs me that I don't have the freedom to just give a kudo to whomever I feel deserves one. I know I can just make a post saying, "yeah, I agree" or whatever, and that's fine, it's just a small annoyance.

I usually gave out my entire 10 a day, not only to the same ppl.
Found myself wishing back then that we had more than 10 to give; now we do, but with stipulations...
ahh well, there's always a 'little' catch.
