Is the same isp rule still in place? just checking?

I'm one of the couple one here that share an isp and home. So i have to login at a remote location to kudo him. Not a huge problem, for me personally though. I can adapt.

I like the new system now, its kinda fun finding reasons to give or get them (only problem is the people who seem to go "kudo trolling" or whatever it is ). Can't say its ever occured to me to look at someone's reputation before I speak to them either, everyone's welcome.

Only thing I would like, but don't know how difficult it would be, is a way of seeing who I've given kudos to over the last few days because I can't keep up!

I just read through this entire thing. My rep. was 189, I woke up it was 171. I never received a negative kudo,so how did that happen. I would have had to say quite a few awful things to lose 18 points that fast. What's the deal or is a computer error?
