Ok I have been hitting the gym pretty hard for the past month to lean up and gain a little
more bulk. and I'm on a high protein diet. Basically everymorning I have a protein shake
blended up with milk, and fruit (usually bannana's). I have a small lunch, like a salad with
low fat dressing, then an hour before I hit the gym I have another protein shake. Then for
dinner I have another shake (yes I'm getting sick of shakes) and a boneless skinless
chicken breast, or tuna steak. However on my off day's when I don't go to the gym I eat a
low fat high protein dinner instead of a shake. However, I am running out of idea's for
food to cook. I'm getting sick of chicken breasts, or tuna.

So this bring's me to my question. Does anyone out there have any idea's or recipes that
would work. Something high in protein and low in fat. I've been experimenting with beans
lately. Any ideas would be helpful.

watch the overkill on shakes. beans, nuts, any fish, chicken, pork, protien is great but fiber is needed to digest it i read somewhere. so dont forget the rest of the food groups.

The above is good advice > lots of protein in fish. Rice is also excellent with fish

If you are trying to bulk up I can tell you what has worked for me. Drink a lot of
beer, overeat, and spend as much time laying on the couch watching TV as you
can. Don't lift a finger to do any work, and you'll be a fat lazy bastard in no
time.
