there is no middle name in chinese...
just name..and last name..
Actually it depends on the area and / or dialect group one belongs to. Most people in China have only their single character name, and a single character surname... whereas the Chinese in South East Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam) have 3 character names. The 2nd character is not exactly a middle name, rather it's their own name, very much like "Anne-Marie".
Incidentally, I am Chinese (both my parents are Chinese, but Granny was from the Netherlands) but I don't have a Chinese name, and I can't speak / write / understand Chinese in any form to save my life!

But I do have a middle name, though.
