On the other hand this would suggest that the other half were actually felons...so someone in some part of the country is concerned about the illegals that are criminals.

I think part of the whole argument was that the majority of felons were getting picked up no matter what. So the question would be how many of the 600ish was an increase.

Sanctuary city/state procedures are not a true sanctuary, like a church...you are in and they can't touch you, but more a way of not getting involved in the little stuff. Like don't ask don't tell.
