So a friend of mine recommended taking St. John's Wort for depression since I was prescribed medication about a year and a half ago, but couldn't afford it after a month or so. By the time I could afford it again, the place I was going through said since it had been so long, I would have to go through the assessments and evaluations again, and I really didn't wanna do that!
Anyway, I went ahead and bought a bottle. I don't know if it's like a placebo effect or what, but I think it actually works for my mood and maybe even as an appetite suppressant!
Has anyone else tried this? What did you think?

I used it a few years ago, to tell the truth all it did was give me spots.

If it is working for you and you are happier doing it then do it and let placebo finger pointing be damned.

Gl on your journey!

My sister took it for a while. She swore it helped her. Either way it's a heck of a lot better than the chemical cocktail the pharmaceutical companies usually offer.
