No Someone Else. Your question is different ENTIRELY!

Break it down - PRACTICAL means something of use, functional. IMPLICATIONS are ramifications, significance.

So, in other words, the useful significance of research into stereotyping prejudice and discrimination.

Hmmm...This is like one of those optical illusions in my head. If I look at it one way, I can see the two people and if I look the other way, I see the vase. (If you don't know what I'm talking about, I'll post a picture).

But, wouldn't a way to use that research be useful and significant? Are they wanting to know the origin of such things as stereotyping, prejudice and discrimination? Or are they wanting to know how such things can be useful?

I hate psychology.

Okay, that's what I asked and you said no.

So, back to my first two suggestions - marketing and profiling.

Sampling would be a factor, if I'm understanding this question properly. You'd have to be sure that the sampling frame is representative which is quite difficult to come by, and therefore you'd need to think about how you would collect your participants.

On second thoughts I'm still a bit confused about what it means, it's been a little while since I did psychology.
